| Project Steering Committee (PSC) |
A PSC will be constituted with the Principal Secretary to the Honorable Chief Adviser as it's convener to over see and review the overall performance and progress of the project. All the members of the Executive Committee of the National ICT Task Force will be included as member of the PSC. In addition, for briefing the project activities and progress of the project to the members of the PSC ,the project director has been proposed for inclusion in the PSC as member.

The Terms of Reference of the Committee (TOR)
|
- The committee will hold a meeting at least quarterly.
- The committee would recommended Project Proposal related to ICT for the approval of the National ICT Taskforce.
- The committee would provide directive for smooth operation & implementation of the project.
- The committee has the authority to co-opt any member if deemed necessary.

A project Implementation Committee (PIC) will be formed with the representatives from related organizations to monitor all activities under the project and suggest/advise remedial measures to overcome any problem found in the way of effective implementation. Following is the composition of the committee.:

The Terms of Reference of the Committee (TOR)
|
- The committee will sit in a meeting at least once a month.
- The committee would select IT related project proposals received from Government/ non- Government organizations, various ministries/ division including Planning Commission for transmission to PSC.
- Distribution of IT related project proposals received from Government/ non- Government organizations, various ministries/ division including Planning Commission among the members of the PIC would be ensured at least two weeks before holding the PIC meeting.
- The committee will implement the approved programs under work plan as per directives of the PSC.
- The committee will review the progress of the project periodically.
- The committee will find out hindrance to implement the project and will take necessary steps to overcome that.
- The committee has the authority to co-opt any member if deemed necessary.
